WHY?
After much frustration and disappointment in attending hundreds of real estate
seminars and events, Franklin Cruz and Corey Donahue set out and established “In the trenches”
real estate seminars. Franklin and Corey were tired of seeing paid motivational speakers and
sales reps continually pushing products and programs, with the speakers and reps themselves, not
even being involved with real estate and the daily activities of the industry. In Franklin and
Corey’s own words, they said “If we can’t find the seminar we are looking for, we will develop
our own”. That is exactly what they did, and hence the creation of “In the trenches” real estate
seminars. Their approach has been, and is something new, something fresh and something
informative that actually can be taken home and used in developing a successful business.

WHAT TO EXPECT: “In The Trenches” seminar is an overload of information and education
packed into an intense two day program. You will hear individuals who started out with nothing,
persevered through trials, tribulations and mistakes, finding themselves now in a position to
retire on the wealth that they have amassed. THEY MADE THE MISTAKES SO YOU DON’THAVE TO.

SEMINAR BONUS: Attendees will have the opportunity to speak one on one with some top
experts in the field. Break-out sessions will be available: Each individual topic discussed during
the seminar will be reviewed in more detail privately in various rooms, each one labeled with the
topic discussed. Each attendee will be given a few minutes to choose their door and topic,
waiting patiently for the expert to arrive. After arrival, you will have 45 minutes in an intimate
setting for discussion and question answering.
